In this interactive DVD-based course John Ortberg takes us on an exploration of the soul from the perspective of someone who has struggled to understand and care for his own soul. John shares his honest, funny, moving and insightful journey with us so that we can better care for our own souls.

- The practise of gratitude
- The practise of growth
