Good Losers is a small group of people who wish to have a healthy diet and lose weight. We do not follow a particular weight loss plan but encourage each other to adopt healthier lifestyles.
We meet on Tuesday evening between 6.30 and 7 pm. We pay £1 and each bring a piece of fruit. The fruit is then given to the person with the most weight loss.
We set realistic target weights and all monies paid are refunded on achievement. Some of the group leave the money in the funds until a special occasion e.g. Christmas and summer holidays. The group is supportive of one another and new people are always warmly welcomed.
